Laborers Local 413 partners with the Allied Trades Assistance Program (ATAP) to ensure our members and their families have access to support when facing drug or alcohol-related challenges. This program provides free, confidential assistance in a respectful and understanding environment. After an initial conversation, an ATAP representative will help assess the situation and guide individuals toward appropriate solutions, including intervention services and connections to trusted treatment providers.
